The service in Renaissance was beyond excellent. Everyone greeted us with a smile, and made it a point to ensure we had a comfortable stay. (Special shoutout to Golf who gave my husband and I a wonderful evening yoga class, the other gym instructor (couldn't catch his name) who always welcomed us to the gym with a bright smile and R who was always making sure my husband and I had an amply supply of water and were comfortable when we hung out at the poolside.) The entire resort was very clean, including all the toilets within the resort. All the facilities are very well equipped, from the gym and the changing room within the gym, to the pool. The 2 restaurants in Renaissance, Loco Vore and Takieng, served excellent food as well! The breakfast buffet was amazing - I would highly recommend any guests to the accomodation to include it in your stay.

They had everything right from bicycles at no extra cost to roam around the property to kids play area to keep the kids engaged. The property was lush green and very well maintained. We arrived at the hotel and only had a short wait before being taken to our room. Staff helped with our bags and showed us all the rooms facilities. Our room was light, spacious and had a good sized bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. It was clean and tidy. Food was lovely and we enjoyed a lunch, evening meal and breakfast the next morning. The location is fantastic, right by the airport. There is a location on the beach about 20 minute walk from the hotel where you can watch the aeroplanes fly directly above you, you do have to pay to get into this area as it is a national park, but it doesn't cost much. The hotel does have a pool, however we did not use it.
