Right from candlelight dinners, a care package for our early morning check-out to Bangkok, to the free cocktail in the evening. Devasom has raised the bar for an exceptional stay & I cannot wait to stay again!

Frankly, there's no different between them in term of design but you pay less in the old building. Room is very spacious. There are new activities for kids. Overall is great. The area of improvement would be there's no lift and we stayed on the 3rd Floor so you have to walk up and down several times a day. Hotel is not 100% neat as 5star hotel. F&B is good but not that great i.e. Thai food is not delicious. It's matched with value of money.

The staff all made you feel special and welcomed, and the restaurant served generally very good food. We would be more than happy to stay there again.
