Location is much better than it seems from photos! Spectacular view at the fruit garden on the hill. A mountain keeps the hotel in shadow minimum a half of the day, the rest of the day huge palms give shadow. The hotel is a bit far away from the sea side but for that a local market is next door, convenient transport options and professional massage offering nearby. Quiet location, good WIFI, helpfull stuff, drinking water every day for free.

Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kids loved the pool. Very close to markets and surrounding streets had plenty of shops, salons and restaurants. Good value for money. Kids of varying ages - all had a great time. All facilities were available and in good condition. We paid extra for breakfast, it was tasty and varied daily. The grounds of the hotel were always clean and our rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Water in the pool was a lovely temperature and there were plenty of seats around it. We miss it already! I would say I'd go back BUT Thailand is so beautiful and we want to explore more of it! It was easy to organise taxis etc to get around - it is in a good location.
