Lovely villa within close walking distance to many restaurants. J &T’s on the walk into town is well worth a stop and a chat with the locals. We used the Bolt app to arrange taxis every-time which always arrived within 4 mins max.

Amazing location very close to Kata beach (10 minute walk) and if you are lazy to walk you can take the free shuttle bus to the beach and back! Lovely staff, did everything to help us and very kind❤️ The room was fantastic, modern, cozy and spacious. Warm water at all times, they cleaned our room every single day if we wanted to and gave us plenty of drinking water (we never ran out of it). The main swimming pool and jacuzzi, beautifully placed with plants around and view of the jungle and the Big Buddha was truly breathtaking and the food and cocktails that the pool bar was serving were delicious! The breakfast had great variety, exotic fruits, pastries, pancakes, eggs and even traditional thai recipes. If you want to stay in Kata beach this is honestly the best hotel you will find and especially for this exceptional price!
