The host and the staff. They were sooo helpful from the time of the booking. Arrived early so, they offered breakfast and also made the room available much earlier than the check in time. Very helpful with information and also arranged all the activities/top attractions. The service, cleanliness and property exceeded expectations and the brea fast was out of the world!! Balloons are passing through the hotel; you can even chat with the passengers in the balloons :) The breakfast is delicious, and while eating the breakfast, you can enjoy the view from the breakfast saloon. Everyone is so kind and friendly. They try to help a lot and tell you places you must see. The room and bathroom are clean. Also, the room is warm despite the low temperature throughout the night. I will definitely stay at Fairyland Cave if I visit Cappadocia again.

We really liked the hotel inside the rock of the mountain. Authentic, nice furnished. Convenient. Not far from attractions. In the morning, you can watch the balloons flying over the valley from the balcony. Breakfast is very tasty, with traditional Turkish dishes. You can also order a traditional Turkish dinner. The hostess has been working here for 30 years. and the food is truly homemade and made with love. The staff is very friendly, helpful, always ready to advise and help to make your stay really wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay in Cappadocia.
