The hotel was comfortable and serene - we had a room with a view of the lake. Short walking distance to local night market. Staff were friendly and helpful with our luggages as I was travelling with an elderly person and child.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We travelled with my mum who's in wheelchair. Though the ramp in front of their porch is small, the staff (didn't get her name) tried to help with our wheelchair without us requesting. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and nice with bay windows for us to sit and enjoy the views. Really enjoyed our stay there!

However, the location means that it’s generally very peaceful and relaxing within the property. The food offered at the restaurant and on site are all highly recommended too. It is a stand-out amongst the surrounding poor quality establishments. Location is absolutely central and parking arrangements work well.
