The Mansion is an elegant testimony to the wealth of capitalists of the Gilded Age, high ceiling, large glass windows, beautiful carved woodwork on the railings and around the doors. One can imagine living there with servants at your beck and call. The staff at the Mansion does an excellent job of taking care of their guests in a warm, engaging manner, so that the feeling is one of caring and kindness. As a solo traveler the availability of transportation for short distances is an added convenience and safety feature. A trip just a few blocks away was appreciated at night. The breakfasts are delicious. The bar is a welcome gathering spot at the end of the day. This is my go to hotel when I come to Buffalo. Thank you for the accommodation and the service.

But it was the room that really took the cake. We stayed in the Champagne and we were blown away by the interior design as well as the spaciousness of the room. Such great value too.

Bathroom design is a bit unusual, but still works. The room was nice and quiet. There is a shuttle to and from the airport, which we needed as we were without a car and arrived on a late night flight. When we did pick up a rental car, the shopping and grocery stores were close by. I would stay here again and recommend it.

The staff were all very friendly, anytime you passed any staff member even the cleaning staff they all looked up at you and said hello. Loved the shuttle bus option to go to the restaurant at there other property
