Great place to stay, very beautiful. A bit pricey. Some Furniture looks a little rough, banged up. Was put off with the tip jars. For the price of staying there, you shouldn't have to tip the staff. Otherwise a great experience.

The property was really pretty! Loved the river and the attractions near by. Would be an awesome spot to take family. We didn’t get to spend a ton of time in Pigeon Forge but we hope to be back and would use this hotel again. Breakfast was good! Staff were good. Bed was comfortable. The pool was awesome (really good temperature too). We absolutely loved the pool and had a ton of fun.
