The Bavarian-inspired The Inn at Christmas Place is opposite Christmas Place holiday store and 1.3 km from The Island in Pigeon Forge family entertainment centre. An outdoor pool with a 29-metre waterslide and large garden are on site. Great place to stay, very beautiful. A bit pricey. Some Furniture looks a little rough, banged up. Was put off with the tip jars. For the price of staying there, you shouldn't have to tip the staff. Otherwise a great experience.

Has that old world early 20th century feel (hardwood floors). Expect some authentic "imperfections" (crooked floors), etc that's part of the charm. We stayed in a suite that was done up like the 1970's, pretty neat. The staff warned us the walls are thin and they were, you could hear folks outside like they were in your room almost LOL. They said there were ear plugs by the bed but we couldn't find them. but no big deal , slept fine

The property was really pretty! Loved the river and the attractions near by. Would be an awesome spot to take family. We didn’t get to spend a ton of time in Pigeon Forge but we hope to be back and would use this hotel again. Breakfast was good! Staff were good. Bed was comfortable. The pool was awesome (really good temperature too). We absolutely loved the pool and had a ton of fun.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. The hotel is in a great location to Bourbon street, less than 15 min walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. I should add, that we booked this hotel at 06.00 am in the morning because our original hotel was not great, we left that hotel at 07.00 am and drove straight to The Union Station, arrived at 07.10 am and they already had a room ready for us, I have to say they saved the start of our holiday and we went on to have a lovely time.
