Agustin Inn is very conveniently located in Old Town, which makes it a great location for older guests, too, as there is a lot of things to do and see in good walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful, everybody goes the extra mile to make your stay great. Rooms are lovely decorated and comfy. Breakfast was fabulous and so was the happy hour in the afternoon. I can only recommend Agustin Inn if you want to make a trip to St. Augustine.

I always enjoy my stay here, the location is great. Everything you need is walking distance from the beach to the pier. It's a great little beach town and I love that they love the fur babies 🐕🦺 The staff was friendly. Nostalgic!

Perfect location. Fun visit to a beautiful place. Breakfast and coffee was good, complimentary water to take on day of activity and helpful staff. We enjoyed the nearby accessible trolley tour stop where we spent some of our first day.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Room was clean and spacious. Happy hour at 5pm where they served free white wine and nibbles. I saw dolphins from the decking on all 3 evenings I was there. I'd stay here again, but next time I'd pay the extra to get a room overlooking the water. Convenient location, just ten/15 minute walk across the bridge to downtown.

While this hotel/motel has its age, the renovation was excellent. As soon as you enter, you can breathe a a sigh of relief because, it's bright (use of LEDs) clean and visually new.
