It is comfortable, the rooms are quite spacious, it is very well located and the staff is super helpful - especially the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff - so I felt looked after. Views of Mount Avila are gorgeous, especially in the afternoon when the parakeet are playing, and even though the rooms face a busy road, the place is quiet at night and at least in the higher floors the noise doesn’t bother.UchoaSolo traveller

You get to stay with a lovely family that’s always there to help you and up for a good conversation. Rooms are nice and clean, facilities likewise. Breakfast was the best we had in all Venezuela with loads of fresh fruit and good coffee. Also during breakfast you’ll be visited by the infamous Guacamayas of Caracas. Quite a few fine restaurants in walking distance. Safe to be around day and night.PeterYoung couple

There is a lot of room for improvement but I am glad that at least stays exactly the same way it was 20 years ago. The lobby area is gorgeous, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice Pool area with great view of the Avila Mountain. Breakfast was included and it was really good with plenty of choices. The Japanese restaurant was good and for a fair price. The Italian restaurant has delicious food but a bit overpriced.
