Breakfast is a choice off the menu with extras like fruit and muffins on the side - all delicious. The hosts, Amanda and Walter, added a real personal touch to the stay and were fantastic. There’s a lot of love and attention to detail here, from the comfy beds, the tasteful, funky interior design to the complementary bottle of wine. The view of the beautiful bay is just stunning, you could just sit there and look at it all day long. Views of penguins right from your window, too! This is a great place to stay if you want to explore Cape Point Nature Reserve, plus the little towns along the way. We also did a whale watching tour and saw many humpbacks. There's also a lovely friendly orange cat that kept us company, which for us is a highlight as we were missing our cat from home :)

We stayed in the captain's cabin and enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly, thanks Amanda for the warm welcome. We loved the design and you can feel and see the love in every detail. The indoor heated pool area is super fancy and the breakfast is also tasty and high quality. Amazing view over the harbour and only a 7min walk to town, 20min walk to boulders beach.
