The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

Very nice small stylish hotel designed with lots of good taste. We particularly liked the interior design of booth rooms that we had. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfy. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and included some traditional Bulgarian food. Spa area is nice, but a bit small.

Green Life Family Apartments Pamporovo is set a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes. Free WiFi is provided in the area of the reception and massages are available at a surcharge. The hotel was very clean and everything was working fine. The kitchen was fully equipped and the staff was extremely friendly. We were very impressed by the host Elena! She was very kind and made sure all our needs are met.

Very nice hotel in the center of the town. Clean room with a great view. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely recommend this place!
