The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

It is a very cozy, boutique Hotel positioned above nearby buildings to enhance the views. The staff and other travelers we met staying at the Hotel were also very relaxed and happy during our stay.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Location is just 2 minutes from Gornergrat Trains and Main Train Station. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Beds and room are comfortable.
