Perfect to relax in the end of the day. Sabine is very friendly, always available, and did everything to ensure we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend it.

Cochem Train Station and the historic Old Town are less than 5 minutes' walk away. very clean and modern inside, the breakfast spread was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful!

Placed among greenery, you can watch the river gently flow by, or watch sunsets right from your room window. It is super quiet. The room was spacious, clean, and simply inviting. When you enter, you get this feeling - here I want to stay. Very good beds. Together with the quiet neighborhood and greenery, they guarantee a good night sleep. If you are worried about walking the distance to the city - don't. The river promenade is one of Trier's attractions and you will walk it anyway ;) It is also brightly lit at night, and paved - sadly apart from the last 300m. There is also taxi (14euro) and bus (2?euro) from the train station. There is a restaurant on site, but not open throughout the day, only for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is on the expensive side, but totally worth it. There is a variety of products (5 types of yoghurt, 4 kinds of cereal, e.g.) and they are all very good quality. The restaurant overviews the green river bank and that's another another reason to pay it a visit. Very good internet. Ookla judged it at a pretty nifty 130Mbps. Stable throughout the entire stay. There is a small garden, and a lobby, if you feel like enjoying a bit of laziness. A promenade walk away (30min?) there are river cruises, several times per day.

This hotel is in pristine condition. Everything is in tip top condition and neatly decorated. From the parking, to the corridors, to the rooms, you can easily tell the property is well maintained. The bathroom has a good size shower and is clean. The bed and pillows are of good quality and comfortable. The parking is also large and convenient

All of the bright rooms at the Burgblickhotel have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, parquet floors and a modern bathroom. Guests can also call German landlines for free. Excellent breakfast with fresh made eggs. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner, but the very friendly staff made an excellent recommendation to the brewery in town. The parking lot holds around 10 cars, and was very easy to park in.

So close to shopping, restaurants, and the castle. Room was perfect. Breakfast was simply amazing. Staff is so kind and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. If you're going to Cochem, you must stay at this hotel!

The Berghotel Kockelsberg is set in the forested hills surrounding Trier. Its bright, provide a free Wi-Fi. Amazing view for breakfast. Breakfast was also very good. I was amazed at how well the lady at the front was able to keep up with the quest coming and going in addition to keeping the breakfast stock and the coffee hot. Overall, simply amazing. SO MUCH BETTER THEN THE BIG CHAINS.
