Our stay at 2 Crescent Gardens was perfect! The staff was communicative ahead of our arrival and flexible allowing us to check in an hour early and enjoy the comfortable room. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. We were there at the beginning of December and the weather was chilly, but the large heaters and comfortable bedding were perfect to keep us warm. The staff also enquired whether we would be having breakfast and offered to prepare breakfast 1:30 before the usual time, to accommodate our early flight in the morning. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Chestnuts House has a wonderful location from which to enjoy the historic city of Bath. The house is situated off the main roads and next to Henrietta Park, but it is just a short, level stroll from the city centre, with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. Everything was perfect. There was absolutely nothing we could improve upon - clean, tastefully decorated, very friendly and helpful staff, quiet, and fab breakfast! We would definitely stay there again.

Our room was spotless, bed extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Walk in shower was huge! Breakfast was first class with many options, including Eggs Benedict! It was delicious!! Eliza and the staff were very attentive and efficient!! We loved our stay there.
