The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Wonderful apartment. Easy to access, staff always available for queries (particularly around check in) - which was easy, baggage storage if too early. Very homely. Would recommend highly if it suits your budget.

The Hotel Ceilidh-Donia is in a quiet residential area, just off Dalkeith Road, a major route into Edinburgh. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. it is my second time visiting and the experience was as delightful as on my first time! I had a very comfortable room just for myself at a great price ☺️ breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit yogurts and cooked to order delights. would have stayed more time 🥰

Shops and restaurants on Princess Street, Calton Hill, Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile and EICC are all within walking distance. In a very quiet and clean neighborhood, the room is soundproof and quiet. It is a very British-style exquisite hotel. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Our room rate includes breakfast, and the a la carte is very good! The hotel laid out a small bed for my little daughter before we checked in, and prepared delicate biscuits thoughtfully. This is the most comfortable and satisfying stay we have lived in the UK for one month. It is great value for money and highly recommended!

Centrally located, just 19 minutes' walk from Edinburgh Castle, A Room in the City - West is set in a building dating back to 1700s. Princes Street is a 2-minute walk away and free WiFi access is available throughout the property. The hosts exceeded our expectations. The brekfast is served from 8.30 to 9.30, but the first morning we had to live the B&B at 8 and they accomodated our plans preparing breakfast earlier. The hosts were so nice and explained us everything we had to know about the city! Even came out the building to show us the right directions!! :) I asked a little extra in the room to surprise my boyfriend and that was not in the final bill!
