Eileen and Dennis were the perfect hosts and absolutely lovely to talk to. They also gave great advice on where to go in town for dinner and what not to miss as we continued our journey. We would happily stay again.

Situated in the heart of Limerick, the 4-star award-winning Limerick Strand Hotel is next to the River Shannon. The luxurious hotel offers spacious rooms, a 20-metre swimming pool, a steam room, and 2 hot tubs. Shannon Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The room facing the river was exquisite. The air conditioning was easy to control and we had a fantastic time just hanging out on the balcony watching the river Shannon.
