+ Awesome staff all around the clock, they were friendly and helpful all the time + they made us breakfast even a little earlier, when we had to check-out very early + really tasty breakfast + huge room + good working ac + great location + Nice terrace + lovely designed resort + everything was clean

The interior design of the property is impressive. It is also great that the property has a private beach. The breakfast is really good.

Kind and helpful staff brought me tea to my room when I wasn't feeling well, gorgeous natural setting with stunning sea view of Cola Beach, lovely Agonda beach with a selection of cafes also a short scooter ride away

1. We both enjoyed the FOOD - which was Excellent! There was a huge variety of dishes and items to suit every palate. This aspect of our stay was really beyond our expectations, Esp. the GOAN Food dishes / items. We expressed our compliments to the lady Goan Chef. 2. The Picnic Basket / Hamper was the other Good gesture. A very stylishly designed cane picnic basket, filled with Goodies was gifted to us during our stay. Really appreciated this.

an idyllic spot at the top end of Palolem. The place has been thoughtfully designed with lovely swings and beds in the restaurant garden . the huts are quirky and the deluxe one we stayed in had x2 storeys with a sea view . we liked the upstairs veranda with day bed and the antique furniture. staff and food are fabulous .

very nicely designed and spread out, the wheelchair accessible room was very spacious, and well laid out! the breakfast was lovely!

The property was gorgeous and very well maintained , staff was good . The cycling track overlooking the beach was stunning. The variety of trees was a pleasant surprise - we saw papaya , orange ,etc The condition of the tennis courts was alright and it was complimentary including the racquets and balls The swimming pool was a very unique design with a cave like feel The breakfast buffet was lavish with a variety of options They send us a lovely dessert on the occasion of our wedding anniversary.
