The staff and managers were amazing, after Booking.com did not send through my request and the hotel did not know about any, they just jumped in and make up for it, and made our stay very special. the management and staff made our stay great; it was our wedding anniversary and wanted it special and it was just that. Hotel Taj Resorts is situated 500 metres from UNESCO Heritage Site, Taj Mahal. Offering its guests massage services and a sauna. Guests can enjoy relaxing at its rooftop pool. Even though I was unwell, the room couldn't have been more ideal - a spacious haven of luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything. While the breakfast was simple, the food in the rooftop restaurant was truly outstanding.
