The owner of Skyrhusid was one of the highlights of our trip. He made cake for everyone staying there. Gave us some Skyr on the house. He was a delight, and the facilities were awesome as well. When we come back to Iceland I definitely will stop here

This place is near to the glacier hiking meeting point. Free parking and great quality breakfast. This is a memorable place as this is my first time to see the northern light ever.

Featuring a private entrance, the apartment allows guests to maintain their privacy. Love everything about the property. Very neat and detailed. The facilities are the best and very thoughtful host. It's our best accommodation in Iceland so far and we mainly stay in hotels.
