WiFi, bike rental, and parking are all free. The old farmhouse has been restored magnificently. The whole estate is a "wow" moment - all class. Would highly recommend it.

Located directly on the coast overlooking the sea, Casa il Soffio di Eolo provides a unique stay in the scenic fishing town of Chianalea. Each room features a thought-out design and is flooded in natural light. This is a tiny loft apartment that resembles a yacht as it’s right on the ocean with a lovely terrace with stunning views of the bay and harbour. it’s quirky and very small but it’s eclectic style really appealed to us and we loved every minute there. We booked for two nights and managed to get a extra day.

A continental breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace overlooking Tropea and the Aeolian Islands. Everything was impeccable, the staff (Saverio) and his team make our stay extremely memorable. I can’t imagine not staying at Il Barone the next time I visit Tropea.
