The host was really kind, open minded and gave really good recommandations! That's a 10/10 for me, would definitely go again :)

The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle with green tea bags. All rooms have a private toilet, and some have shared bathroom facilities. I booked my room @ 3rd floor with Sea view is simply an awesome decision. The room was spacious and superbly clean.. tatami was really comfortable as well. Staffs at front desk are so welcoming, warm & helpful. The location itself is just amazing. About 8 minutes walk to the ferry pier and also 7 mins walk to the famous Itsukushima Shrine with the floating gate (Torii). I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Washington Hotel Hiroshima is a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and 20-minute walk from Hiroshima Castle. Hiroshima Museum of Contemporary Art is a 10-minute drive away. The property offers easy access to multiple shops and restaurants nearby. The room was nice, the location was very convenient and very close to the market and so many great food options.

The modern rooms at Chisun Hotel Hiroshima are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, light wooden furniture, refrigerators, electric kettles, and bathtubs. Nice, affordable and really convenient hotel. One of its strong points is where it's located: right in front of a tram stop (which in Hiroshima is the absolute main transportation method) and just 5' minutes away from the station via tram and 10' from the Memorial Peace Park. If you wanna visit Miyajima you take the tram in front of the Chisun and off you go, no lie it's really really convenient. There are plenty of coffee shops, shops/mall, konbinis near it and also close to the main nightlife area in case you want to enjoy a beer in an izakaya before going to bed. Only a 10' walk to the Okonomi-mura, really you could even walk anywhere from the Chisun but having the tram so close it's a relief if you're carrying luggage and/or planning a day trip to surrounding towns. Rooms are standard small Japan wise, in my case we were carrying 2 big suitcases and had no problem so it's not a big deal.

The hotel is featured in Michelin Green Guide Japan 2013. A free shuttle is available from Hiroshima Station, a 30-minute ride away. Luggage storage is available at its Welcome Counter at the station. The views from the top restaurant while you eat are amazing. I totally recommend eating there. My partner loved the onsen and there's an Okonomiyaki Restaurant just outside that was absolutely delicious. All the staff is really nice and helpful.

Enjoyed the sent.

The hotel was made to old warehouse or harbour building and made with the corresponding style thinking of every details. Easy walking distance from the railway station and close to ferry to start your bicycle trip. Staff at the reception was very friendly. We rented the bicycles through the hotel, we got quality bikes with instructions and hints where to go, excellent service. Breakfast was great, a buffee and warm options to order. Strong recommendation to stay in this hotel

Reopened in April 2014 after renovations, Miyajima Morinoyado offers comfortable guest rooms and a spacious public bath. It is a 1-minute walk to Miyajima Aquarium and a 15-minute to Itsukushima Shrine. Room is big, exceptional service from the staff, very attentive to our needs. Went out of the way to arrange a shuttle service for us to the ferry. Would love to stay here again! Dinner and breakfast was good
