Private rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional futon mattress whereas dormitory room provides wooden beds. Bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets are shared with other guests. The host was really kind, open minded and gave really good recommandations! That's a 10/10 for me, would definitely go again :)

They are fitted with air conditioning, a TV and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. Location was perfect, the bedroom very nice, comfortable and cute and the maid was fantastic

The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle with green tea bags. All rooms have a private toilet, and some have shared bathroom facilities. I booked my room @ 3rd floor with Sea view is simply an awesome decision. The room was spacious and superbly clean.. tatami was really comfortable as well. Staffs at front desk are so welcoming, warm & helpful. The location itself is just amazing. About 8 minutes walk to the ferry pier and also 7 mins walk to the famous Itsukushima Shrine with the floating gate (Torii). I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Reopened in April 2014 after renovations, Miyajima Morinoyado offers comfortable guest rooms and a spacious public bath. It is a 1-minute walk to Miyajima Aquarium and a 15-minute to Itsukushima Shrine. Room is big, exceptional service from the staff, very attentive to our needs. Went out of the way to arrange a shuttle service for us to the ferry. Would love to stay here again! Dinner and breakfast was good

Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. Entertainment options include cable channels and a DVD player. Certain rooms include an en suite bathroom. Toiletries and slippers are provided for in the private and shared bathroom. Staying at Kikunoya met and exceeded our expectations. The view from the room was gorgeous. Thank you to Omori who made our dining experience even more special.
