Amazing location - onsen with a view! Lovely sea view and managed to catch a thunderstorm shooting bolts across the bay!
Lovely Ryokan with a good size space. Amenities were really good and loved the Yakuta choice.

The staff is very nice and provides excellent service, and the food is outstanding. The interior design of the Ryokan is beautiful and the private onsen is a great experience. We had a lovely stay there!

This boutique hotel was a gift. Yes it's gorgeous, perched on the side of the mountain with stunning views and luxury accom like having your own onsen but it was the staff who really made it outstanding....Maria, Tui and everyone else were incredibly responsive and helpful...not only when due to train changes, we were 2 hours late arriving (the kitchen staff held our dinner) but also when we left a phone with our JR passes in the taxi. (which we were able to recover!!!)

- interior design, both lobby and room. it was a pleasure to stay in a place different than Japanese room style - stuff spoke great English - they had happy hours bar offers - rooftop pool and onsen were amazing - wifi worked nicely - room coffee making facilities - proper kettle and drip bags - free rental of Yukata designed for hotel in collaboration with SHIPS brand

The owners are very kind. When I walked out, the owner came after me and offered an umbrella to protect against the pouring rain. The common area is peaceful and the interior design is beautiful. The bunk beds in the dorm have curtains for privacy The hostel is located in a quiet street yet close to the station, very convenient.

Delightful boutique hotel, simple and comfortable. The rooms for single occupancy are tiny but very nice, with everything you need. The onsen is wonderful, especially currently, as due to corona they are functioning as private baths. The shared space for relaxing or dining is beautifully designed with the foreign tourist in mind, i.e. Japanese prints with Western antique tables and chairs, and simple but stylish dishes and cups available for use (there is also a toaster oven, microwave and hot water pot, but no kitchen).
