But what made our stay even better was the reception. Laura was so friendly and helpful; she provided great local advice and we feel our trip to Kaunas was made better thanks to her. There was another front desk staff on the evening, who was super helpful when we found ourselves in a room next to a party. She quickly resolved the issue and we were able to enjoy the rest of our night. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.
