Kurumba’s restaurants boast an impressive variety of cuisines, including Japanese, Indian, and Lebanese choices. Fez lounge features a wide selection of shisha, cocktails and snacks, Athiri bar is the best spot for gorgeous sunset views and Kandu bar offers live music. Kurumba is paradise on earth, the resort is well suited for spending your honeymoon, the food is great, the beach is perfect, the weather is nice even in this rainy season (We stayed between 20th to 25th of July). The staff is very friendly and professional, I would like to thank: 1- Ibrahim Vaajidh (Security) for becoming my newest friend, and for sharing more information about the Maldivian culture and traditions. I really enjoyed our conversations ! 2- Ibrahim Zayaan Ali (equipment) for his help in getting nice GoPro underwater videos and for his kindness! 3- Nazim (Water sports) for his excellent/thorough training on the Jet-ski and for his snorkeling tips. 4- Shiffu (Photo studio) for giving us the VIP treatment on our photo session, and for staying late to prepare our album before our departure. (The photos are amazing) 5- Uoola (Main restaurant) for taking care of us (hint: Passion fruit jam :) )

Sala Boutique Hotel is located in central Malé, adjacent to the Maldives Parliament. It offers free in-room WiFi, a Thai and Italian restaurant, and non-smoking rooms that combine traditional Asian décor with modern comforts. We very unexpectedly had to find accommodation in Male overnight and we were all so happy with Boutique Hotel Sala. The property was spotless and had been restored as one of only very few properties from old Male. The Thai restaurant was incredible. Mr. Thomas could not have been more helpful, including absolutely delicious coffee at 4.30am and all our travel plans supported.

Somerset Hotel offers rooms in the centre of Male' City and provides free transfers from Velana International Airport, a 15-minute ride away.

All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. With a city view, the rooms also include a flat-screen TV, minibar, and coffee machine. Slippers and free toiletries are provided in the private bathroom. Some of the rooms have a balcony. Staff and breakfast were excellent. Especially transfer service was fantastic.
