The only problem we have was with Booking.com which did not resolve our issues satisfactorily when our booking was cancelled on us at the very last minute.

The room was spacious enough and have a mini kitchenette and they lent us the pots and plates to cook our own food. There’s free coffee and free luggage storage for when we checked out. They also kindly let us check in early. The staff was amazing and helpful especially Anna who’s very responsive in chats as well answering our questions. It’s very near to National Theatre and the Palace and all the surrounding parks.

Each room includes a work desk and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Tje hotel has good location close to the airport, comfortable for early departures. I left earlier than breakfast begins, but the lunch box was provided and it was good.
