We were greeted by Bruno who went out of his way to make sure our check in process was as good as it can be, and in general every staff member we encountered was nice. The place is absolutely gorgeous, from the dome itself inside and out and to the other facilities like the dining room which served wonderful food both for breakfast and dinner. The place has a lovely pool in which we swam twice in our one night stay - worth it even though the water is far from warm :) Definitely recommend

Housed in an 18th-century palace, this hotel blends a historical setting with picturesque views of the Lousã Mountains. Set in beautiful gardens, Octant Lousa features an outdoor pool. This hotel is stunning. Clean and well cared for, the staff clearly care about the hotel and it's reputation. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I would recommend Octant Lousa to any and all travellers. Wow.
