Excellent breakfast served every morning on your chosen time with a nice variety of egg dishes ,pancakes, fresh fruit and more. Brian was very nice , friendly and helpful. All our requests were fulfilled 110 present ! All the useful info was given with a plenty of goodwill. The staff is very polite and helpful so our stay could not be better !Thanks a lot

Andrew was an excelente staff, very kind and professional! The room was huge, with a very pleasant balcony overlooking the mountains and the Chef Island. Queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress! Excellent breakfast! Very good Internet! Very nice location, just above the Victoria’s city center, and a quiet place!

Just a 10-minute walk from the Beau-Vallon Beach, Lemongrass Lodge is located up a hill and surrounded by tropical gardens with fruit trees. The terraces and balconies offer views of the gardens and the sea. My friend and I arrived by taxi. By the 2nd morning we realized we needed a rental car (not because of the property location, but to see the island. A rental car is much more economical than taxis). I tried to find a car online and couldn't. Hotel staff was able to find a rental for us, have it delivered within 2 hours and we were able to drop it off at the airport. Also we went to several beaches around the island and our favorite was the beach closest to lemongrass. The view of the sunset is absolutely gorgeous from here!

Beautifully designed hotel, although big, it never felt like a large resort more a boutique hotel, gardens are gorgeous and well maintained. The food in all restaurants is good and our favourite was Traders Vic. The staff was professional and helpful but the special mention is necessary to all amazing girls at the reception, especially the lovely Shamira who made our stay even more unforgettable! We booked another hotel nearby for the second leg of our stay but after checking it in person we decided to come back to the Story instead.

The resort setting and rooms are stunning. Beautifully designed, dramatic scenery and unique gardens. Views from the room and jacuzzi bath out of this world. Breakfast is world class, coffee is excellent and the buffet immense, lovely lay out and speedy service off the a la carte too. Dining staff are fast and friendly. Bed and room very comfortable with all that you require!

Beautiful views and stylish decor. Brand new apartments had everything you would require for a comfortable stay. Fantastic amenities with a gorgeous pool and direct access to beach and free use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Kayak left and the views are sensational - can reach a stunning beach within 15-20 minutes. Location fantastic for some gorgeous nearby beaches. Hosts were lovely and friendly and full of advice on what to do and where to visit. Wish we could have stayed here longer!

Stunning views into the jungle and mountains (accommodation has three levels with 3 rooms on each floor - we were lucky on the highest floor where the views are best). Big terrace with comfortable sofas for relaxing and infinity pool - exactly like in the photos. Moreover, in the pool vicinity bed and deck chairs are available for all rooms. Good breakfast with many options and nice service. Bed in the room is equipped with mosquito net. All rooms have beautiful and large balconies. Moreover, stylish furniture with lots of design details.
