The hotel is located in a very calm place and staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and there are many places where you can relax within the hotel. The served breakfast was very tasty, especially coconut pancakes. They have also enough parking places.

Location and views were great with a lovely balcony to sit on in the evenings. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom was big with a his and hers sink. We felt we were right by one of the best beaches in the area ! You definitely need a car to get up and down the steep hill. Anse Intendance is also worth a visit- very beautiful.

The property is a proper bunglow. Very beautiful in design and has all the facilities you require. It even has a gym. The view from balcony is awesome. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom is huge. Kereck is a super manager. Such a polite person to talk to. During our chat with him we mentioned in india we hava a masala omelette. Next day he brought garam masala from the market to make masala omelette for our breakfast. Certainly the best hospitality we have seen so far. Fe is a super cook and wonderful person to talk to. We stayed here for 2 days and Anse Royale is one of the best beaches of south mahe. Parking is in property. The property is situated at top of mountain so you can only reach there via car. If you plan to walk up, it will be a difficult hike.

A super location. An absolutely sensational boutique hotel: everything is new, furnished with great taste, large and bright rooms, spectacular bathrooms, impeccable cleanliness and the exterior arrangements are incredible. Very good and varied breakfast - fruit platters, smoothies, various cheeses, bacon, omelets of your choice... The staff services are impeccable - the manager of the location Mr Kereck was always present to help us with any request, we really felt spoiled.

Everything was amazing, the view from the property is breathtaking. The personnel is beyond kind and they will do everything to make you feel at home. Special mention to the breakfast served on the terrace, products are very high quality. Kerek is the best hotel manager ever: kind, attentive, he will even help you order dinner since it’s not served at the hotel. My advice would be to rent a car since the hotel is located on top of a very steep hill ( this is why you’ll see one of the best views of Mahe) Thank you Kerek, we will definitely come back.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Perfect peace, quiet and privacy. The hotel, the rooms and the pool terrace are all stunningly beautiful, and the staff are simply brilliant. A family environment, they looked after our every need. Couldn't wish for a better team than Kereck and the ladies! The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are fully equipped (e.g. soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shaving kit, dental kit, toiletries bag, hairdryer, iron, tissues, unlimited mineral water, tea, coffee maker, bathrobe, safe, etc.). There is no dinner option in the hotel, but we could order food, than they served it for us at the amazing terrace.

Ocean Terrace is a fantastic place - no doubt in my mind. It is beautifully set on a hilltop. Yes, you need a car - I highly recommend it. It can be a bit scary driving up the steep hill the first couple of times, but you will get the hang of it. The staff, the setting, the rooms... all of it is just perfect. Everyone is attentive and serviceminded.
