The grounds were spectacular - every time you rounded a corner, there was another private little sitting area. We didn't get to stay long enough and although this was our first time to P'town, it won't be our last! They made our short trip memorable and we can't wait to come back and stay here specifically. The staff went above and beyond and their kindness truly made the difference.

Extremely friendly staff, very accommodating and welcoming Room was comfortable and quiet.

The suite was not what we were expecting. All of the amenities of being home. The fireplace was certainly a bonus feature along with the dishwasher. View from room was wonderful. The staff member from housekeeping was absolutely accommodating and quite friendly.

I've stayed here before and I like it. It's a quaint but nicely updated B&B behind a restaurant (Spindler's) right on the main promenade, Commercial St, so it's quiet because it's off the street. There's a cozy front parlor when you enter and a really nice 24-7 coffee station. My room was really comfortable, stylish, clean, great bed, great walk-in shower, etc.

The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum is within walking distance, 250 metres away. The property was amazing. Room so comfortable and clean just like home. There was a pool and surprising big and clean and not crowded. The location of the property was more that convenient and walking distance to everything. Took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket which was amazing. Good restaurants and quaint town with shops. Loved this place.
