Kim runs a smooth operation here and is the sweetest host. Room is large and feels like a studio apartment. Air con works very well. Everything is clean. It’s old school vibes with the dresser and closet. Bathroom is fine and there’s hot water but bring your own soap / shampoo. Laundry available for 30K. Location is right on Bui Vien street. It’s an old building with some cracks and there could be cockroaches, but they killed them for me and always made sure I was safe and comfortable. Still 5 stars for price, value, location, host.

Good location, rooftop bar, walking Street near by, massage, food, money charger, etc all near by, very convenient! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Meanwhile this hotel doesn't has sure charge when using credit card, that's BEST!

The property is 700 metres from Independence Palace, Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral. Tan Son Nhat Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The location was superb! It was right next to Saigon's tallest building. The room was spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly and was very accommodating - I had requested for a late checkout at 2pm and offered to pay for it, but the staff insists on waiving any charges. I also contacted them about a month after my stay to request for a soft-copy invoice/receipt as I had forgotten to request for it on check-out and I got a reply with the invoice/receipt on the same day.
