The exceptional facilities were matched by the exceptional customer service. Jim and his team were great. The apartments themselves are very new, well laid out and well fitted out with super comfy beds. Great location, with Bay Central shopping centre and many new eateries just downstairs. A hiccup with our booking as a result of the booking.com system was appropriately resolved and we were so impressed with the facilities, the location and the customer service that we stayed an extra night instead of heading further south as planned. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return.

The property was right on the water & the views were amazing. Being positioned on the esplanade meant that it was a convenient & enjoyable walk into town. The property had extra comforts & we felt that the owner, Fai, cared about our experience.
