We arrived quite late and only stayed overnight. Natacha was warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The house is charming and clean. The beds were very, very comfortable.
I would definitely return here and would be happy to have a longer stay as the property is located conveniently for exploring the region.

The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to provide whatever we needed and gave us tips on where to visit in the city.
The room was spacious with high ceilings and the bathroom was also huge. The hotel is quite a short walk from the centre and has many interesting shops and cafes along the way. It's also quite close to tram station which takes you to the central railway/bus station.

Reception staff were not friendly, also even though we were in a quiet area in the hotel, we were disturbed by other guests partying in the early hours.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from France to Amsterdam. This time, we had a less expensive room, which is on the ground floor at the back of the building (not the canal side, but we knew that).
