The location is great - one of the placed hotels in Gelsenkirchen. The staff was exceptional, helpful in every way and they smile!
The room was quiet and well furnished, everything was in place. Maybe the pillows might be somehow better - that is my sincere opinion.
The breakfast was a feast itself - very large selection, all of prime quality. Very nice tea selection - really one of the best in Germany.
