The staff were particularly helpful in every aspect. We lost our luggage on flight and the staff were very supportive in getting it returned same day!
Breakfast was excellent with everything available. Restaurant produced very good meals particularly the buffet on Sunday evening which was just what we needed.

Excellent Location, went to Dresden for a rock concert, venue was only 15 mins walk from the hotel. Also not far to walk to the beautiful city centre. Tram stop nearby to get to main railway station and other locations in the city.
