Ariel was extremely friendly and service-oriented. On the second day, he even treated us to a home-cooked dinner and fresh juices. The breakfast was delicious and locally sourced, and we had the pool all to ourselves. The small farm on the property was truly amazing, with well-kept animals. I particularly enjoyed the gardens surrounding the hacienda, which featured fruit trees like avocado and cacao plants, as well as the Rum museum.

The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good. It was not a buffet as I expected. You were given a breakfast menu and chose anything on it. And, even though there were prices, it was all included. We asked for a late check out of another 4 hours and, for a small fee, they were fine with it.
