Check in was fine. Room was small and I had to duck my head to get into bed. I didn't like anything much and definitely not 4 star.

The hotel was perfectly positioned for seeing Pamplona and was surrounded by restaurants. The room was very large and comfortable with an enormous bath and (separate) shower - excellent soundproofing silenced the noises from the square, which were very evident when the balcony doors were opened. Above all the staff from their welcome to their farewell were cheerful, helpful and efficient.
