When I looked at the site it said that there was a restaurant and breakfast was provided.
The Restaurant wasn't open and a free breakfast was very poor

This property opened about two weeks ago. Rooms and public areas are modern and well designed; service has been attentive and helpful. The restaurant cuisine celebrates the flavors of the Navarra region and is complemented by the wine list. The location is on a quiet street near the center of town. This hotel will enhance Tudela as a stand-alone destination.

Very clean, central, staff most helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly and great for walking the Ebro. Some nice 'tapas' bars, we particularly liked Casa Alberto, but try and book ahead. Visit El Bocal, and of course Bardenas.
