The staff were excellent. I have stayed several times. The most recent stay was for the Moors and Christians Alcoy was full and there were traffic diversions everywhere...but the recepción staff helped with perfect routes..

Staff very helpful. Language barrier (our fault, not theirs) made communication more difficult but we managed. They were very patient. Room clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel, great breakfast (and dinner), and great location, in a pretty, small and quiet town! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They transported us to and from Alcoy all 4 days of our stay - during the Cristianos and Mores festival 2024.

I chose the restaurant for a celebratory meal and certainly wasn't disapponted.
We stayed overnight to avoid driving afterwards.

We were made extremely welcome from our arrival to leaving, a good experience. We had use of a private bathroom, kitchen and large gardens, it is in a peaceful area with mountains in the back ground. I would definitely recommend staying here.
