Patricia is amazing! She went above and beyond to return a key I had forgotten to return at a hotel the prior night in another town. She also let me hang out in the sitting rooms while waiting to depart later in the afternoon for the airport in a taxi that she arranged for me! The food was amazing. The building and the grounds are immaculately maintained. Highly recommend!

This is a real gem, located on a hillside overlooking Santiago. It's peaceful and tranquil. The family room was on two levels and very comfortable. Basketball court entertained the kids and there's also an outdoor swimming pool.

Arrangements for in-room massage that several from the group leveraged and after the long camino, this was really good.
There was a town center, which was a good place to hang-out in the evening. The area had other facilities as well - grocery store (Gadis), laundromat, cafe etc. But the places close early so watch out.
