A lovely little apartment in Espinama, just off the main road. Check-in was in the Hotel (blue building) and parking provided down the narrow lane and around the back of the red building/apartments. Lovely and quiet. A few options for eating out. But such a wonderful location. Espinama and most particularly the Picos de Europa - one of the most beautiful places I've seen in Spain. And Spain is obviously abundant with amazing places! :-)

Good place to stop if you are on the Camino Lebaniego. Very good breakfast!
What a hidden gem high in the mountains I came across this hotel by mistake but am so glad I did, this would be our last night in Spain we couldn't have got anymore traditional if we tried, I requested secure parking for our motorbike as that was the most important thing for us, when we was greeted by the host that was the first thing that was sorted What a traditional Spanish experience we had, the hosts went above and beyond to help us the ride up to the hotel and out was absolutely breathtaking
The location maybe remote but arriving at the hotel after a hard day on the bike, and with low expectations, we were blown away by such a warm welcome. The hotel is beautiful and has a unique caracter, and the surronding mountain scenery is fabulous. The staff were attentive to the needs of 2 tired cyclists, meals were freshly prepared and satisfying and we had a very relaxing night. We both agreed that it was the best accommodation, and the best value in a month-long cycle tour. Strong wifi too!
The lady was such a hard worker! Greeted us at reception whilst serving lunch and bar! And escorted us to garage to allow us to park the motorbike, then later served us at bar, then our dinner in restaurant and in morning she served us breakfast. All with a smile. She's a gem. Room was comfy nice bath, hotel was lovely and warm (freezing outside).
Homely guesthouse in a beautiful setting. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. Comfortable lounge area with big windows to the views outside. Great value for money
Bed was comfortable, evening meal really tasty. Not the newest hotel ever, but considering the price and locality, it was more than fine as a stopover during my roadtrip.
