The hotel and our room were very clean and tidy. The hotel is around 15min from the city center, on foot. The staff was helpful and kind. The beds were super comfy. Plenty of food at the breakfast to match everyone's taste.

This is a smart, little hotel, which is neat, clean and perfect for the quiet break. It has a good location in Pedregalejo, close to the beach with plenty of options for eating and drinking. We particularly enjoyed the exploring the bars in El Palo!!

Beautiful building and pretty gardens with lovely views of sea. We had breakfast and dinner in the garden every day. High quality of food although menu including specials menu didn't change for the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Room very stylish and comfortable, very spacious well-equipped bathroom.

Fantastic swimming pool, lovely Sisley spa. Comfortable room with good bed, charming staff well situated. Lots of terrific little restaurants on the beach nearby - bikes available.

Continental breakfast was excellent, large variation and staff extremely attentive. Hotel was on the main road to the east of Malaga, about 20 minutes walk from the centre or 5 minutes on a broad range of cheap affordable buses. Close to a local beach. Internet was reliable. Although a small hotel, the front desk is manned 24 hours, so late flights or arrivals is not an issue.

Housed in an antique villa at the foot of Monte de Sancha, the California enjoys a privileged location only 50 metres from the beach of Playa de la Malagueta.
