Superbly appointed, comfortable and well positioned hotel.
Superbly appointed, comfortable and well positioned hotel. Staff went that extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, especially Hugo on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a very pleasant stay.

A/C worked a treat, could not fault the room on anything. The Spa looked great and my daughter enjoyed an hours swim. Dressing gowns were provided in the room to aid visiting the spa. Breakfast was great and the restaurant had a luxury feel with plenty of choice.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. I stayed 2 weeks and I enjoyed it.. I was worried about the language issue, but there is always someone from the staff willing to help out. The manager was super nice and made sure to introduce himself and make you feel welcome.

Decent car park. I also like the fact it is in a pretty village outside Arras, where everyone says hello when you walk your dog.
