A comfortable room in a working farmyard, the host was very welcoming and gave us some of his own food so we could cook our dinner as there are no shops in the village. The surroundings were idyllic, peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The lovely dog was a new friend. We loved our stay.

The rooms are clean and very good value. There is no problem with our dog being in the room and also coming down to breakfast with us. We could park in their carpark (you have to go round the block to get to it- drive past the hotel on your left, then turn left, the left again where there is a sign, the car park is through a gate in some railings). There is a bar where you can get a drink, though food in the evening is limited to buying jars of ready meals to be heated or a croque monsieur or salad. However it is an easy walk to the square where there is a choice of restaurants. Breakfast is great.
