The member of staff was extremely kind and helpful both on the phone and when we arrived. There was a lift which was great as we were enroute and had quite a lot of baggage. Parking was on the road but easy and nearby. It was quick and easy to get to from the autoroute and well signed. It was a very short walk into the old town for supper.

Great for visiting the surrounding countryside, particularly the imposing and formidable Mont Ventoux; if you like open-water swimming in lakes, there are many possibilities near Carpentras, which is what attracted me there. The old town has been nicely restored and maintained.

Carpentras is a good centre for anyone wanting to easily get to the vineyards of the southern Rhône. There is now a rail service to Avignon and a large free car park at the Carpentras station so no worries about parking in Avignon.KareenaUnited Kingdom

Very clean. The owners have paid attention to details, everything done to make you feel good. We announced when we were coming and were greeted by the owner who showed us where the keys are and provided info on the parking (all parkings in Carpentras are free of charge). Indeed there is Netflix - that we did not use.
