I like d location. Cos it's close to the CHU hospital in Rouen and its good for me after my consultation with the doctor. I can stay d night b4 heading to my city. My husband had their breakfast and was able to say good things about too. Other than that it is 0/100

We have used this hotel before - for a stop over en route to somewhere else. It is approximately 2 hours from the tunnel and close to the main road which makes it an ideal location for this purpose. The hotel is basic in terms of what it offers but this is to be expected - it is a budget hotel and very very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean, the bedding was nice quality. Overall I would say this represents great value for money. There are two nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast but we didn’t take the option so can’t comment.

Great for an overnight stop before getting back to UK.
Great for an overnight stop before getting back to UK. Staff are super friendly, good restaurant opposite, v similar to Ask in the UK. Expected just an industrial estate so pleasantly surprised it was a nice residential area further up.

Perfect for an overnight stay a couple of hours from the Cannel Tunnel and heading south.. The only gripe is the overhead third bed which we hit our heads on several times. There was plenty of room for it to have been located on the floor plan.

This is on an industrial style estate miles from anywhere and 10 minutes drive into Rouen. The staff are grim and the rooms claustrophobic. Our ‘deluxe’ room smelt of smoke and had the tiniest shower. Breakfast was poor. AVOID.
Room on the ground floor, nice grass areas for our dog and walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants (open on Sundays). The bathroom was more like a wet room but it was ok for our needs. We didn't have breakfast but there are vending machines in the foyer for coffee etc. The bonus is that there are two restaurants outside the entrance for dinner after a long journey and they are both pet friendly. This hotel is just off the motorway junction so extremely easy to resume journey.
It was well located for returning to the UK via Eurotunnel. The facilities were basic but clean and comfortable. Although located on a business park, the hotel had a large enclosed garden/parking area which was very convenient for those travelling with dogs (who were made particularly welcome by the very nice receptionist). Two adjacent restaurants were a welcome bonus.
It is really good value for money. The room was very clean. It’s a great place for a one night stopover if you are travelling through France to/from the Tunnel. There are a couple of restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The hotel has limited facilities but it is a Budget hotel - you know what you are/ are not going to get when you book
This really is the budget variety of accommodation, the room and bathroom were small and basic but it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, so if you only need somewhere to sleep and have a shower it is just the job. It was cheap. Isneauville is quite a nice village to have a walk around if you want to stretch your legs.
We were travelling up through France to the tunnel. We didn´t have breakfast so can´t comment. If this had been our first experience of Ibis hotels then we wouldn´t book again, very disappointed with our room, it felt like a pod, maybe it was the last room available. But it was clean, and so was the bathroom.
We were well satisfied in all areas. The room was more spacious and better arranged than in other Ibis Budget Hotels we have used in France and the bathroom was separate and self contained rather than the shower and wash basin in the room with a separate toilet. Staff both days were friendly and helpful.
The receptionist,Sylvie was wonderful.Although off duty she still booked us in.The following morning she phoned a mechanic to mend 2punctures,even going outside in the pouring rain to explain things. What an asset to the hotel.Becaise of Sylvie I will recommend this hotel to friends.
A clean, budget hotel ideally situated for breaking up a long journey, options for evening meal within a very short walk.
Friendly and helpful guy on reception gave us a 10% discount voucher for a local restaurant.
Stayed here many times, always friendly helpful staff. Good location. Nearby a great restaurant. Beds comfy. Clean. Hot shower. It’s a “modern basic” hotel and fire a quick stop Off en route it’s hard to beat.
