Location is fantastic, lovely neighbourhood, supermarket is in the building, all what is needed is on a walking distance including Croissette. Parking place is excellent and in front of the building. Apartment is great and comfortable equiped with all that someone need for a stay. Nicolas was very polite and available to help and answer all questions. Fully recommendation for this accomodation.

the apartment is part of a private home of a very nice elderly couple - the price (mipim…) was absolutely fair and all tidy and clean. the apartment interior is partly 70th but all functional and good bed - spacious as well

The apartment was very pleasant - well-organized, well-equipped, well-maintained and squeaky clean! Parking right next to the apartment. The owner was very kind. There were condiments, spices, beverages and cookies in the kitchen - "extras" that made the experience great. The garden is sweet.
