The mattress was new and it was very comfortable. Much appreciated!

The bathroom was good for the size.
Although the window was small it did open wide which is great for fresh air and sleeping at night.
There was ice cold bottled water available for pick up everyday for guests.
The outside area is ideal if you want to sit outside.
